No Boundaries 5K & 10K

The No Boundaries Program is a Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance nationally sponsored beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses specifically on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome to join.

The 10K (6.2 miles) training program is geared toward those who can run at least 2 miles and would like to increase their endurance or their pace.

These programs are structured to help you cross the finish line in just 12 weeks! Along the way we’ll provide you with: motivation to keep you moving, overall guidance and support for any troubles you come across, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all to better help you in achieving your goal. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
