Speed Work Made Easy
Let us help you get faster! Our Speed Work Made Easy Training Kicks program incorporates running drills to improve technique, conditioning exercises specific to your running needs to develop a strong body, and testing to give you accurate paces and heart rates FOR YOUR ability level. By the end of this class you will have increased your running speed, developed great running economy, and increased your VO2 max.
Do not let the word speed intimidate you, we made it EASY so all ability levels are welcome. You will also receive weekly newsletters with tips for running along with your times and progress from the previous week’s workout. Now you have no excuse this season NOT to improve!
