8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong size bra.   At Fleet Feet Sports, we will size you into the correct bra, based on your band size, bust size, and cup size to give you maximum comfort and support for all of your daily activities.  

 Much like shoes, there are also different categories of sports bras based on the level of support you may need.

Compression: Mostly suited for smaller breasted women, compression bras are made from a very snug, stretchy material that compresses your breasts together.  Recommended for A, B, and smaller-framed C cups.

Encapsulation: Suited for women needing more support, encapsulation bras separate each breast in its own cup to avoid the "uni-boob" look.  These bras are usually made with an underwire and have hooks, clasps, or zippers as closures.

Compression/Encapsulation: For women who fall somewhere in between the two extremes, the compression/encapsulation bra serves as a happy medium.  Made mostly for B, C, and even D cups, these bras are not as restrictive as the tight compression type, but still offer adequate support like the encapsulation style.
