Incorporating yoga into your running or fitness routine is one of the most beneficial cross-training exercises available, and our yoga classes are specifically designed for runners. Vinyasa-style classes will help improve your overall flexibility, strengthen your core, increase your stamina, and help release targeted sore, tense muscles, especially the hips!   No matter what your current fitness level or yoga experience is, this class will make you a more efficient, stronger runner and will help you to achieve your fitness goals.  Best part, its FREE!

The one hour classes will be led by Candice, who has been teaching yoga for over two years. Be sure to bring your own mat and water.  Donations will be accepted and all proceeds will go to a local Elmhurst charity.
